New layout for site, still in progress.

DONE!: Page colours, some banners.

I've tried to make a home page link, but it only worked if I put it under another link. So the stallions link doesn't work. Edit - now there's no link at all! I've made small 'New' and 'Updated' graphics. I have updated the tutorials page a bit.
